  2. Is walk-in registration allowed on the event days?
    No, pre registration is required through our official website.
  3. When is the registration deadline?
    Registration will close on 19th May 2025 or earlier if all slots are taken up.
  4. How much is the registration fee?
    Registration fee is RM20 per player for Open category and RM170 per player for Novice and Intermediate categories.
  5. Will I receive a confirmation email after registering?
    Yes, you will receive an automated confirmation email after successfully submitting the registration form and completing the payment.
Eligibility and Categories
  1. Is there an age requirement to participate in this tournament?
    The tournament is open to players aged 19 and above only.
  2. What categories are available in this tournament?
    Novice: Men’s Doubles 19(+,) Womens’ Doubles (19+,) Mix Doubles (19+)
    Intermediate: Men’s Doubles (19+). Women’s Doubles (19+,) Mix Doubles (19+,) Men’s Doubles (35+,)
    Women’s Doubles (35+), Mix Doubles (35+)
    Open: Men’s Doubles (19+,) Women’s Doubles (19+), Mix Doubles (19+)
  3. What is the eligibility for each category?
    Novice: DUPR rating 2.99 and below, without podium wining experience Intermediate: DUPR between 3 and 3.99
    Open: DUPR 4 and above
  4. Can I register as an individual, or do I need a partner/team?
    No you cannot register as an individual. All categories require a partner.
  5. Can i participate more than one category?
    Yes, you can register for multiple categories as long as the match schedule do not clash
Tournament Related Questions
  1. What time does the matches start?
    The tentative starts time for the matches to begin is at 8:00AM on each tournament day. The match schedule will be finalized and shared with participants closer to the event date.
  2. How early do I have to be at the venue?
    All participants are required to check in at the registration desk at least 30 minutes before the scheduled match time. Identification document (ie. NRIC or Passport) must be presented during check-in for verification purposes. A waver form must be signed as well.
  3. What should I bring to the event?
    -NRIC/Passport – Required for check inn and verification.
    -Pickleball Paddle – Participants must bring their own paddle. Balls will be provide by organizer.
    -Proper Sports Attire & Non-Marking Court Shoes
  4. Will equipment (paddles and balls) be provided, or should I bring my own?
    Official match balls will be supplied for every game; however, players are required to bring their own paddles in accordance with tournament rules, It’s advised to use paddles that meet approved competition standards Additionally, participants should bring any personal gear they may need, such as spare grips, water bottles, and other items to stay comfortable throughout the tournament.
  5. What is the format of the matches?
    The tournament will follow a round robin format in the group stage, ensuring all players get multiple matches. Top 2 teams from each group will advance to the knockout stage leading to the finals.
  6. Will there be prizes?
    Absolutely! Winners from each category will receive cash prizes and trophies. You may refer to the official registration website for more details.
Facilities and Amenities
  1. Is there parking at the venue?
    If the parking is full, please park at Utropolis Marketplace. Our friendly RELA traffic personnel will be on hand to guide you to Pickle Nation.
  2. Are food and beverages available on-site?
    Yes, you can visit the cafe at the venue to purchase food and beverages. Hydration will also be provided.
  3. Are spectators allowed?
    Yes! Spectators are welcome to attend and cheer on the players. Entry is free for all supporters.

Cancellation & Refund Policies
  1. Do I get a refund if I choose not to participate after completing my registration?
    No. Registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
  2. Can I transfer my registration to another player?
    No, you are strictly not allowed to transfer your registration to another player.
